Chinese-style zucchini (courgettes)

For 4 people


2 tablespoons of noc man sauce

3 zucchini (courgettes)

2 carrots

1 apple

3 tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic



Rinse and dice the zucchini and apples.

Peel the carrots and dice them very finely.

Bring water to the boil in a saucepan.

Cut a cross on the tomatoes with the tip of a knife and plunge them in the saucepan for less than a minute.

Use a strainer to take the tomatoes out, place them under a cold running water and peel them easily.

Empty the seeds out and dice them.

Pour a drizzle of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and add the chopped garlic and onion, and carrots. 

After a minute add the zucchini, the tomatoes, the apple and the noc man sauce.

Simmer, add salt and pepper to taste and serve with snipped chives as garnish.
