200g / 7 oz of mushrooms
350g / 12 ½ oz of fresh green beans
2 beautiful tomatoes
Organic lemon juiceParsley and chives
Peel the oranges and cut them into small pieces.
Wash the beans and boil them for 20 minutes.
Slice the mushrooms.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Mix the reduced-fat sauce with the organic lemon juice, the parsley and chives into a bowl.
You can also add salt to the sauce if you wish.Serve the dish and the sauce separately.
